The Mardi Gras
Beach Run

RACE RESULTS AND CHAMPIONSHIP TIMING
The Mardi Gras Beach Run will be using the Champion Chip, an electronic
timing system that instanlty records race time and place via a transponder
chip attached to each runner's shoe. Runners need to arrive at the starting
line at least 30 minutes early to pick up a chip. Times will
not be recorded without a chip. The chip will be used for the 5K and
10K events only. There will not be a chip given out to the Kid's
1K participants.
